EW-20H Wire Twisting Machine Semi Automatic Wire Twisting Machine and Intelligent Wire Twisting Machine

The machine features intelligent induction technology. It uses an optical fiber sensor to automatically detect the wire, realize automatic wire clamping, and automatically release the wire after the twisting process is completed. This fully automated sensing and handling process reduces manual intervention and improves operating efficiency and consistency.

A large-screen human–machine interface is adopted for intelligent display. The operating interface allows real-time monitoring of the machine's working status, including operating parameters and current process conditions, making operation and management more intuitive and reliable.
