EW-20J Double Winding Machine Wire Winding and Automatic Wire Winding Machine

Each time the foot switch is pressed once, or the start button on the control panel is activated, the machine completes one full winding cycle automatically. After the cycle is finished, the operator manually removes the processed and wound product, and then the next cycle can be started, making the operation simple, flexible, and easy to control.

The running speed of the system is automatically synchronized. When the equipment speed is increased, the winding mechanism follows and responds accordingly, ensuring smooth and stable operation without mismatches or delays. This intelligent speed synchronization helps maintain consistent winding quality at different production speeds.
