EW-2315 Semi Automatic Hand Hold Nylon Wire Cable Tie Tying Machine

The machine adopts an automated PLC control system with a touch screen interface, making operation simple and intuitive. All parameters can be easily set and monitored on the screen, ensuring stable and reliable performance during continuous operation.

Bulk nylon cable ties are automatically fed, eliminating the need for manual loading. The machine completes cable tie insertion and cutting automatically in one process, significantly reducing labor input and increasing working efficiency by up to three times compared with manual operation.

The tightening force of the cable tie can be flexibly adjusted. Operators can either fine-tune the tightness manually by adjusting the tightening screw or make precise digital adjustments directly through the touch screen to meet different product requirements.

The standard remaining tail length of the cable tie ranges from 0.2 mm to 1 mm. It can also be adjusted at any time from 1 mm up to the full tie length, providing high flexibility for different bundling standards and applications.
