EW-5540 Semi Automatic Servo Motor Multi-core Wire Stripping and Terminal Crimping Machine

This is a high-precision sheath wire core wire stripping and crimping machine. The operator only needs to manually put the wire head into the jig, and the machine can automatically complete the core wire leveling, cutting, stripping, and crimping the terminal.The specially designed core wire leveling mechanism can asutomatically straighten the core wires, and the terminals are on the same straight line after crimping, which is convenient for later insertion into the housing. One machine can process a variety of different products, only need to replace the corresponding crimping applicator and positioning jig.

The color touch screen operation interface, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key when switching produIcts.The stripping mechanism is driven by a motor, and parameters such as stripping length,cutting depth, and crimping position can be set in the program, and there is no need to manually adjust the screws. Equipped with automatic paper winder, terminal strip cutting and waste suction device, it can keep the working environment clean.
