EW-22D+S Ferrules Crimping Machine with Intelligent Control System

This servo-controlled dual-end automatic crimping machine is specifically engineered for processing ferrule terminals with exceptional precision. The machine seamlessly integrates wire cutting, stripping, and  double-head crimping operations in a single automated process,making it ideal for high-volume production environments requiring consistent closed barrel terminal connections.

Featuring advanced servo motor control technology, this systeem delivers precise crimping height adjustment through programmable settingis. The innovative two-stage crimping function first applies gentle pressure to position the closed barrel terminal correctly, then executes the final crimp to ensure optimal conductor-to-terminal contact. This dual-stage approach prevents wire damage while guaranteeing reliable electrical connections.
