This automatic ferrule crimping and tube marking machine is specifically engineered for processing tubular insulated terminals with integrated functionality. The machine seamlessly combines wire stripping, conductor twisting, number tube printing, tube insertion, and terminal crimping operations into a single automated workflow.

Equipped with an intuitive color touch screen interface, parameter settings are straightforward and user-friendly. Critical parameters including cutting depth, stripping length, and twisting force can be directly configured within the program. The built-in memory function stores stripping and crimping parameters for different products, enabling one-touch parameter recall when switching betvveen wire types or terminal specifications.

Featuring advanced computer industrial control system, the machine enables customizable printing content for number tubes, with each line capable of displaying different information. The vibrating disc automatically feeds terminals, eliminating the need for pre-stripping wire ends. Operators simply position the wire end at the working station,and the machine automatically executes the complete sequence of stripping twisting, printing, cutting number tubes, and crimping terminals.
