EW-5355 Semi Automatic Ferrule Cable Stripping and BulkTerminal Crimping Machine

This advanced bulk terminal crimping machine is specifically engineered for processing loose terminals with integrated wire stripping and crimping functions. It excels in crimping various closed barrel terminals including solid pin terminals, socket and pin contacts,ferrules, and pre-insulated terminals, while also accommodating open barrel terminal applications.

The integrated stripping mechanism features an innovative wire twisting function that simultaneously strips insulation and twists copper strands together, significantly enhancing the stability of wire insertion into closed barrel terminals and preventing strand separation or spreading during the crimping process.

When using inductive start mode, operators simply position the wire to trigger the limit sensor, and the machine automatically completes stripping, twisting, and terminal crimping operations, streamlining the entire process.
