EW-20S-4 50kg Load-Bearing Wire Winding Machine Count Meter Wind Machine

The EW-20S-4 is a semi-automatic winding and tying machine equipped with a high-precision count meter wheel. It is designed to produce wire coils according to the customer's required inner diameter (ID) and coil width (height), ensuring consistent and accurate coil formation for different applications.

The machine is suitable for finished coils with a maximum weight of up to 50 kg, making it ideal for light to medium wire products used in electronics, electrical accessories, and cable assembly lines.

Custom winding plates and tooling are provided based on the required coil inner diameter and width. This ensures stable winding, neat coil appearance, and repeatable production quality.

A high-precision count meter wheel is integrated into the system, with a minimum setting increment of 1 mm via the program. This allows accurate length measurement and precise control of wire output, reducing material waste and improving product consistency.

An optional structure is available that allows wires to be wound directly onto the customer's own drums or spools, offering greater flexibility for different production and packaging needs.
