EW-1690 Double Servo Upgraded Point Wrapping Machine
This machine uses a working wheel to automatically wrap the tape around the wire harness to achieve the purpose of bundling.EW-1690 is designed for tape point wrapping. It can work with different types of material tape include tape with back paper. Mainly used for automobile, motorcycle, and aviation industry, point taping for marking, fixing, or insulation.
Features:1. Exclusively develop new products and optimize and upgrade the basic point wrapping machine.
2.The machine uses servo motors with higher precision and faster efficiency.
3. Using a special cutting method, the knife edge is not easy to stick to glue.
4. The wrapping mechanism adopts nano-material soft brush, which has better wrapping effect.
5. There is no need to change accessories when switching tapes of different widths.
6. The machine does not need to be pushed manually, and the wire harness is placed on the clamp and automatically wound, freeing both hands. 7. Using dad pneumatic clamps, the product is placed firmly during the winding process and the fit is more stable.
